i Matter Online builds children's digital and emotional resilience through an innovative combination of literacy packages, edutainment videos, trainings, and policy hackathons. Co-created with children, parents, teachers, ICT professionals, and policymakers across four countries and at European level, it directly empowers children aged 7–18, with a focus on vulnerable groups to shape the online policies that affect their lives, while informing EU decision-making with their meaningful participation.
